Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  2. Season the flour with salt and pepper.
  3. Dip each cutlet into the flour, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry the cutlets in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
