  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 pound pretzel dough
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon coarse sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, and garlic.
  3. Roll out the pretzel dough and cut into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and seal tightly.
  6. Boil pretzels in water for 30 seconds, then place on a baking sheet.
  7. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sea salt.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
