A simple and delicious pasta dish featuring garlic and olive oil.

Ingredients

  • 400 grams spaghetti
  • 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions in salted water until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté until garlic is golden.
  4. Drain spaghetti and add to the skillet with the garlic oil.
  5. Toss to combine and add chopped parsley.
  6. Season with salt and serve immediately.
