- 1 head cabbage
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
