  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces pasta (like linguine or penne)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  5. Pour in the white wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes, then add the heavy cream.
  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix in the cooked pasta and shrimp until well combined.
  7. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
