4 slices bread
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
2 roasted jalapenos, diced
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
In a bowl, mix together the shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, diced jalapenos, turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Place two slices of bread butter-side down in the skillet and top each with the cheese mixture.
Place the other two slices of bread on top, butter-side up.
