2 tablespoons Jamaican curry powder
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced

2 bell peppers, sliced
2 cups chicken broth

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
