Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, combine milk, egg, and melted butter. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. In a bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Coat each pancake in the sugar-cinnamon mixture before serving.
