Delicious homemade crepes filled with flavorful turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, salt, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  3. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet, tilting it to spread the batter evenly.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift, then flip and cook for another minute.
  5. Remove the crepe and repeat with the remaining batter.
  6. In a separate pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Heat the chicken ham briefly.
  7. Fill each crepe with turkey bacon and chicken ham, then fold and serve.

Notes

  • Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup or your favorite sauce.
  • Feel free to add cheese or vegetables for extra flavor.
