- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 4 slices chicken ham
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, salt, and vanilla until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet, tilting it to spread the batter evenly.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift, then flip and cook for another minute.
- Remove the crepe and repeat with the remaining batter.
- In a separate pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Heat the chicken ham briefly.
- Fill each crepe with turkey bacon and chicken ham, then fold and serve.
