Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Add steak bites to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned.
  3. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a slight simmer.
  6. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Return steak bites to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  8. Serve immediately.
