Easy Cowboy Casserole is a delicious and hearty dish made with turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for a family dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
  3. In the same skillet, brown the ground turkey until cooked through.
  4. Add the chicken ham, cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, seasonings, and half of the cheese. Stir until combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
