  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté chicken ham until heated through.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Layer crumbled turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheese in a baking dish.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the layers.
  7. Top with biscuits, pressing them slightly into the mixture.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until biscuits are golden brown and the egg is set.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
