Ingredients

  • 2 cups apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the apples with half of the granulated sugar and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter, remaining sugar, and cream cheese together until smooth.
  4. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  5. Gradually add the flour to the mixture and combine well.
  6. Pour the cheesecake batter into a greased springform pan.
  7. Top with the prepared apples and sprinkle with brown sugar and flour mixture to create a crumble topping.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set and golden on top.
