Quick and delicious mini baked chicken tacos perfect for family dinners.

  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 12 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground chicken until browned.
  3. Add taco seasoning and mix well.
  4. Place small portions of chicken in each tortilla and top with cheese.
  5. Arrange the tacos on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
