  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 12 mini taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground chicken until browned.
  3. Add taco seasoning and stir for another 2 minutes.
  4. Place the mini taco shells on a baking sheet.
  5. Fill each shell with the cooked chicken and top with shredded cheese.
