A delicious and comforting casserole that combines all the flavors of pizza with the wholesome goodness of zucchini.

  • 3 cups shredded zucchini
  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the shredded zucchini with the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
  4. Add the cooked sausage and pizza sauce to the zucchini mixture, and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
