  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate fudge frosting
  • 24 chocolate sugar cones
  • 1 cup candy corn

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until a dough forms.
  5. Roll the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet. Flatten them slightly.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  7. Let the cookies cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, spread a generous amount of chocolate fudge frosting on each cookie.
  9. Top each cookie with a chocolate sugar cone, pointing side up, and add candy corn around the base for decoration.
