- 2 cups turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the turkey bacon. Cook until crispy.
