  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, spinach, bell peppers, onions, and half of the shredded cheese.
