2 salmon fillets
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, and place them in the skillet.
Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the salmon is cooked through.
Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
