  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Cook the salmon fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove salmon from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and allow to simmer.

  8. Return the salmon to the pan and coat with the sauce.
