A rich and creamy triple chocolate cheesecake that satisfies every chocolate lover’s dream.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and beat until combined.
  4. Add vanilla extract and mix in the eggs, one at a time, until fully incorporated.
  5. Stir in the sour cream and melted chocolate until well blended.
  6. Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool before chilling in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  9. Before serving, drizzle with melted white chocolate.
