- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- 1 cup white chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and beat until combined.
- Add vanilla extract and mix in the eggs, one at a time, until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the sour cream and melted chocolate until well blended.
- Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the center is set.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before chilling in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, drizzle with melted white chocolate.
