- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika

- 1/4 cup Thai chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 4 sandwich buns
- 1 cup coleslaw
