  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Thai chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 sandwich buns
  • 1 cup coleslaw
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
  4. Fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Mix Thai chili sauce and soy sauce, then toss with chicken.
  6. Assemble the sandwiches by placing the chicken on buns and topping with coleslaw and cilantro.

Notes
