1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whipped cream
1/2 cup fruit preserves
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a jelly roll pan.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually fold into the egg mixture.
Add milk and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
