A delightful cheesecake topped with fresh strawberries that’s simple to make at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread the cheesecake filling over the crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Top with sliced strawberries before serving.

Notes

  • For richer flavor, allow the cheesecake to sit overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Try adding a layer of strawberry puree between the cheesecake and the fresh strawberries for extra flavor.
