  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, soy sauce, and brown sugar; mix well.
  3. Form mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. In a pan, heat sesame oil and sauté broccoli until tender.
  6. Add meatballs to the pan with broccoli and toss gently.
