These spinach garlic meatballs are juicy and delicious, stuffed with gooey mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1 egg
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, spinach, garlic, Italian seasoning, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and egg until well combined.
  3. Form mixture into balls and stuff each with a cube of mozzarella cheese.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.

Notes

  • Serve with marinara sauce for an extra flavor boost.
  • These meatballs can also be used in pasta dishes.
