  • 2 cups sweet potato, grated
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix grated sweet potatoes with a pinch of salt, then press into a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 15 minutes.
