  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and turkey bacon, sautéing until bacon is crispy.
  4. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, bringing to a simmer.
