Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add buttermilk and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut into biscuits.
  5. In a skillet, melt butter and sear the chicken thighs until golden.
