Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Stir in milk until just combined, then turn onto a floured surface and knead gently.
  4. Roll out to 1 inch thick and cut into biscuits.
