- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 cups cooked rice for serving
