  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • salt to taste
  • fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, spices, tomato sauce, and coconut milk in the slow cooker.
