- 2 pounds beef steak, diced
- 4 cups potatoes, sliced
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Layer the sliced potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add half of the diced steak on top of the potatoes.
- Sprinkle with onions and half of the cheddar cheese.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the soup mixture over the layers in the slow cooker.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining steak and cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the meat and potatoes are tender.
