A rich and creamy slow cooker casserole featuring tender steak and cheesy potatoes, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef steak, diced
  • 4 cups potatoes, sliced
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Layer the sliced potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Add half of the diced steak on top of the potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle with onions and half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the soup mixture over the layers in the slow cooker.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining steak and cheese.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the meat and potatoes are tender.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
