  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup mixed greens

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken thighs and coat them well with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Spread the chicken on a sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through.
