A quick and easy dinner option that brings together the flavors of chicken and herby ranch in a delicious pita.

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 pita bread
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup herby ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a sheet pan, toss the chicken with olive oil and seasonings, then bake for 20-25 minutes.
  3. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the pita by warming them up.
