  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pitas
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup herby ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the chicken on a sheet pan and roast for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the pitas by warming them in the oven for a few minutes.
