  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  3. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
  4. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
  5. Layer half of the potatoes in the baking dish, sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the turkey bacon.
  6. Pour half of the heavy cream over the layer.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with the cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 60-70 minutes until golden and bubbly.
