- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1 cup diced ham
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
