  • 2 nori sheets
  • 1 pound fresh salmon, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon wasabi

Instructions

  1. Rinse the sushi rice until the water runs clear, then cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. Once rice is cooked, let it cool to room temperature.
  3. Lay a nori sheet on a bamboo mat and spread a thin layer of rice over it.
  4. Arrange the salmon and avocado on top of the rice.
  5. Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat, then slice into pieces.
