3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 large eggs
1 cup crushed turkey bacon
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and eggs until well mixed.
Fold in the crushed turkey bacon.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top.
