A delightful recipe for roasted tomatoes served with creamy burrata and a tangy balsamic reduction.

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the tomatoes are blistered.
