Scale
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture.

  5. Sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra touch, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon just before serving.
  • Make it ahead of time for even better flavor.
