- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
