Delicious potato cake made with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash them in a large bowl.
  3. Add turkey bacon, chicken ham, eggs, cheese, salt, and pepper to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
  4. Shape the mixture into cakes.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the cakes until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Transfer the cakes to a baking dish and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the bacon and ham.
  • Serve with a dip of your choice.
