- 1 cup pistachio milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chopped pistachios for topping
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and sugar.
- In another bowl, beat butter and eggs until fluffy.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then add vanilla and pistachio milk.
