  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream until combined.
  6. Pour the filling into the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
  8. Let it cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a chocolate version, add chocolate chips to the filling.
