  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  3. Whisk together the eggs and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  4. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the bacon.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat and quickly mix in the egg and cheese mixture, allowing the residual heat to cook the eggs.
  6. Add minced garlic, black pepper, and parsley; toss to combine.
  7. Season with salt to taste and serve immediately.
