Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture alternately with the orange juice. Stir in vanilla extract and orange zest.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
