- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 16 ounces potato gnocchi
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
